  2. We can tell when we’re happy, and we can tell when we’re sad. We can tell when we like something or don’t like something.
  3. If you’re like me, when I was practicing as a psychologist, it’s our job to help people deal with their feelings, heal from trauma, and express what they need to express.
  4. There’s a different way of looking at life. In this particular way of looking, it’s not about learning how to think a different way. It’s not about learning how to feel a different way. What it’s about is called a Way of Being.
