Kuju Flower Park - くじゅう花公園 - This large park is located at the base of the Kuju Mountains in western Oita Prefecture, a short drive from Kurokawa Onsen and Mt. Aso. It features more than 500 different varieties of flowers and plants, creating colorful carpets of flowers across the hills, in every season except for deepest winter.
