  1. (Collective Unconscious) - The depths of our minds are connected.
  2. (Archetypes) - These patterns are based off human evolution and our brains development.
  3. (Individuation) - Jung's theory for self-actualization; a quest for wholeness and not perfection.
  4. (Persona) - This comes from the Greek word for "mask;" it is our need for belonging.
  5. (Shadow) - A hot word in spiritual and self-help spaces; most people are wrong. - Understanding your persona = understanding your shadow
  6. (The Third) - The balance of opposites reveals a third option; life is not dualistic.
