So many “influencers,” “optimizers,” and “wellness” gurus don’t have partners, kids, or really any obligations outside of themselves. They sell optimization, purity, and perfectionism, but anyone who is actually in the arena knows true greatness is a distinctly human and therefore messy endeavor. Yes—strive to be healthy, focused, and goal oriented.
