  1. (Collective Unconscious) - The depths of our minds are connected.
  2. (Archetypes) - These patterns are based off human evolution and our brains development.
  3. (Individuation) - Jung's theory for self-actualization; a quest for wholeness and not perfection.
  4. (Persona) - This comes from the Greek word for "mask;" it is our need for belonging.
  5. (Shadow) - A hot word in spiritual and self-help spaces; most people are wrong. - Understanding your persona = understanding your shadow
  6. (The Third) - The balance of opposites reveals a third option; life is not dualistic.
  7. (Anima and Animus) - Men are primarily masculine; therefore their souls are feminine (anima).
  8. (Personality) - The Myer's Briggs Personality Test was built off Jung's theory of personality.
  9. (Complexes)
    1. Daddy issues = Father Complex
    2. Mommy issues = Mother Complex
  10. (Ego and Self) - Our ego is our conscious identity. The Self (with a capital S) is Jung's term for God; he believed it exists in the collective AND personal unconscious.
  11. (Synchronicity) - "Meaningful coincidences" that make you question the nature of reality.
